Once we confirm all of your information, we'll file the Articles of Incorporation for your corporation - it usually take 1-2 weeks for your corporation to be active. 

Next, we will apply for a federal EIN number and prepare your corporate bylaws and other organizational documents. Upon review, approval, and execution of your corporate documents we will send them to you along with a corporate operations guide to help you get started in running your business.
